If you wake up and we're not here. . . We're Okay! Last night Paula was in the midst of doing some electrical maintenance (Changing Light Bulbs) and blew out all of the circuit Breakers in the Apartment. Luckily for us, it was still light out (Not Dark) and our handy/dandy landlords were right on top of the problem. By 6:30 we were back in business, (Lights On) but a few light bulbs short. Today is a shopping day. We also need some more dish soap and Saran Wrap. Busy, busy day!
For the literary minded (This includes you, Chris Martin) Duane is reading, for the first time, "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde. Duane likes the cleaned up version on Wikipedia, but the complete work is a stunning period piece not to be missed. Start with the Wikipedia story and if you're intrigued, like I was, get the book! Actually, the book was already here, so Duane just picked it off the shelf.
Today we will wonder about the city in search of interesting things and people. Will report back later.
