A day wouldn't be a day if it didn't include at least one cathedral . . . Today, Saint Eustache was our goal and it offered a good way out of the seedier part of town. You can enter on one side (From the seedy part of town) and exit the other side and be in a really, really nice part of Paris. We love this place! Saint Eustache is simply another cathedral with an organ,a choir, an alter and some gorgeous stained glass windows. . . Here is what they looked like. . . In no particular order.
Nothing says, "Paris" like this baby!

Our day began with a walk to the "Seedy Side" of town.
We've been here over 2 weeks now and have seen nothing but wonderful, shiny, restored and well groomed sights. Today we went for the darker, seedier, nastier side of Paris. One can tell you've passed into this part of town cuz it smells pretty bad to begin with. Then, the "street people" are not the "street people" they are "The People." Everyone is just a little worn out and haggard and smelly. In this part of town one finds the tatto shops, sex shops, piercing shops and a whole bunch of shops with a questionable business plan. Here one finds the most interesting people, but you are certain you don't want to find out just how interesting they are. We quickly took inventory of our "Stuff" and snuck out the back door to nicer smelling places.
