Today's Winners

Just when I thought we would have to go a day without a winner in the "Couple of the Day" contest I stepped out into the streets of The Marais one more time (Had to go get a rotisserie chicken). Now before we go on I need to tell you a little more about our neighborhood if you haven't googled it yet. The Marais is a wildly eclectic place with people from all over the planet of every race, creed, color and sexual orientation. There are old people, young people, brown people, yellow people, whitish people and some a strange color of orange and they are all mixing it up like crazy. All that said, it is a decidedly young crowd. Our couple of the day was sighted in the Saturday night mash up below our apartment all decked out for to party with the rest(And Best) of them. Now these aren't your ordinary "Old  People" (That would be Paula and Duane) this twosome were no more than a day away from 90. Yet, they were out and about living it up on the street. Just to make it special, here is what they wore (I know you were waiting for this part): She was sporting a bright green skirt with and Reddish/Orange sport jacket over a yellow blouse finished off with a white scarf and smashing yellow flats. He was more conservative with black suit, white shirt and red scarf (Everyone always wears a scarf) and white shoes. But the real deal closer was his bright red Ferrari cap to match his scarf. There were no other contestants!
